We happily offer student, senior and blue light discount at 10% off all full services. This is subject to availability and with selected stylists on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday before 5pm. A valid student ID card must be presented and student or senior status must be mentioned at the time of the first booking.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

We use Wella colour products for all aspects of colouring, styling and washing we use predominantly Wella, however we have a varied range of products specially chosen by our stylists.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH STYLIST IS BEST FOR ME?

If you look on meet our team page you will find their social media links which is the best way to look at their work and decide if they are the right one for you.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?

This varies on stylist as some are booked months in advance, some are still building their clientele. we do highly recommend that Friday, Saturday and appointments after 4pm are booked with plenty of notice.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

We will do our best to accommodate you, this could mean seeing a different stylist. Company policy is any appointment attended 15 minutes after scheduled time will be rescheduled.

Do I need to come in for colour test?

Yes, all clients must have a strand/patch test at least 48 hours before their services, even if you have had a colour done before elsewhere. Appointments maybe booked before tests but will automatically be cancelled if you fail to attend your strand/patch test. Your health and well being is our priority, some people already have or can develop an allergic reaction to hair colour products which can result in being hospitalised.

Do You Offer Free Hair Advice?

We think it’s important that you can get to know our team and gain some valuable advice before deciding whether we are the right fit for you. We welcome you to book in for a complimentary chat with one of our stylists, with no obligation to book an appointment with us.

What is your cancellation policy?

Due to the nature of our work and the demand for our stylists time, we require credit card details in order to book an appointment, your card will be validated but no charges will be taken at the time of booking. We request a minimum of 24 hours / 1 days notice for cancellations in order to fill the appointment space with someone from our waiting list. If an appointment is rescheduled or cancelled without the required 24 hours notice. The appointment fee will be taken in full.

What if I am unhappy with my hair?

If you are unhappy with your hair, please let your stylist or a member or our team know as soon as possible. We will do everything that we possibly can to amend anything that you dont like about your hair, until you are happy with the result. Restyles and colour changes are sometimes big changes and we advise you to give it a few days to settle and get used to your new hair.

Do you offer fringe trim service?

Existing guests with fringes are able to take advantage of our complimentary fringe shape service. No need to book an appointment, just pop in the salon Monday – Friday (subject to availability). This service included the reshaping of an existing fringe, unfortunately we are unable to create/cut in a new fringe unless you are having a cut and style service. Walk-in fringe trim service for non-existing guest are charged £10.
