Firstly I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a happy new year and I hope you had a wonderful Christmas under the circumstances.
It comes with disappointment that we have to again close our doors until further notice. We will be in touch with all clients who will need appointments rescheduling due to this closure. We will book people back in with the same process as our previous closures in order we have had to cancel. The closure brings pressure to the business but we are working hard behind the scenes to keep raising money to keep cashflow going during the closure.
January is normally a quieter time within the salon more so for the less experienced stylist. This time allows stylists to attend a course or further their knowledge and education. With the support of Wella and Redken our two main brands we are able to get some online training available to us to help us keep at the top of our game. With closing the salon this also means we have to put our apprentice role on hold until further notice. Clients who visited the salon during December would of noticed we had the helping hands of Grace. With high praises from members of the team and clients she was confirmed the position pending a salon lockdown. The current circumstances are affecting everybody differently however I do particularly feel sorry for the age groups who are looking to start their careers. This being said needs must and we are happy to follow the rules in order to help get us back to a more like normal state.
Our salon shop will be open over lockdown, we also have gift vouchers available which can be purchased over the phone or via your mobile upon email or text request.
